I believe in devotion. I am devoted to those individuals I consider part of my family. I am devoted to the spiritual and religious path that I have found beneath my feet. I devote myself to having the strength and courage to transform the world around me by compassion.
I’m not nearly as new-agey as that sounds.
When it comes down to it, I’m a dark and scary gay witch with a sense of humor and sexuality as black as the void. The things that get me going scare most people, but I recognize that “All acts of Love and Pleasure are Her rituals.” Though there are those who may deny it, this includes all consensual acts between two or more people. It is the celebration of life in all ways that is the heart of the divine. To turn our eyes and hearts away from the joy which this world offers is a denial of ourselves that I can not abide. The path is neither one of excess or denial, but of exploration, adventure, and experience.
I’ve got a great deal to give to the world around me, and I try to give it freely. I spend my days working for a hedge fund administration group as an application developer. I am an active member and ardent supporter of the Brotherhood of the Phoenix.
I live in a pagan-filled apartment with my close friends George, Elizabeth, and Mark. We spend a great deal of our time with our other friends being witchy and celebrating our irreverent and often rather disturbing sense of humor.
